CountryFest will be held on August 17th. 18th. and 19th, 2007 at Renziehausen Park's Stephen Barry Field in McKeesport, PA.
We are looking for crafters, food vendors and new merchandise vendors. Please see more information below. Booth space is limited and filling up fast.

We are looking to have a great time with many Country Bands to perform headlined by Dallas Marks Each Night!
The Country Bands slated are: Lois Scott & The Plum Loco Band, Girlz in Black Hats, TJ Houston, Cranky Yankee, Jerry Schickling, Bryan Cole, Buc Wyld, Southern Discomfort, Blind Date, Whiskey Grin and Dallas Marks.

TIMES:
Friday, August 17, 2007 - 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Saturday, August 18, 2007 - 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm (Fireworks 10:30 pm)
Sunday, August 19, 2007 - Noon to 6:30 pm
Country Fest 2007 will have games, craft booths, and food booths along with local country bands performing daily. There will also be a firework display on Saturday August 18th beginning at 10:30 pm. There is a $5.00 admission fee for all patrons 13 years of age and up. Children 12 and under admitted free.
A portion of all money raised during the event will benefit

COMMITTEE MEMBERS NEEDED
In addition to inviting you to Country Fest 2007, we are also seeking some new committee members to join us in planning and carrying out this exciting event. SPONSORSHIPS & ADVERTISING INFORMATION
We are seeking interested businesses to participate in a Sponsorship Program for the American Cancer Society fundraiser – CountryFest 2007.

Booths are reserved when payment is received.
Sponsorships must be submitted early enough to ensure incusion in printed matter and advertisements.
Corporate sponsors would be able to assist in two ways.
Monetary Sponsorship Levels are Corporate Sponsorship, Entertainment Sponsorship or Business Sponsorship.
In return, sponsors will have their name added to the name of the event plus we would advertise their name in conjunction with advertisements and printed matter.
In addition, we will offer free booth space to any of the above sponsors, will hang a banner provided by you and include you in the program book to further your business outreach and carry your message to the public.
We also have a Sponsorship Booklet for the ACS CountryFest 2007.
Booklet Sponsorship catagories are two-page spread, full-page ad, 1/2 page ad and business card size ad.
Please respond as soon as possible to ensure ad placement.
Ads will be reproduced as closely as possible, Logos to be submitted should be in .jpg format. Sponsors would also be listed on our webpage.
